A Place to Unwind

Sometimes the days feel like a whirlwind. The hours fly by - morning soon becomes night and before you know it, it's time for bed. Several times a week I catch myself working way too late (working from home, it's easy to do), which leaves me little time to unwind and have some "me" time. One thing that would help me relax after a busy day would be a cozy little nook where I could curl up with a glass of wine or cup of tea and a good book. Sometimes we all just need to take a moment and step outside our life to reflect and regroup. Do you have a place where you can retreat to when you need an escape? Please share :)

Is it really Monday already?! I had a great weekend visiting with my best girlfriend in her brand new home (spent lots of time testing out paint colors :)  Did you have a nice weekend? Hope so! I'm just about to take off  and head up the coast near Santa Barbara to visit my best girlfriend. I'm so looking forward to lots of girl talk and lots of wine :) I've gathered up tons of gorgeous interior photos to bring you a little happiness and inspiration today.
