Royal Wedding Bliss!

What an exciting day filled with love, romance and a girl's dream come true...to become a Princess! Prince William and Kate Middleton are now husband and wife and it's been so much fun watching the live coverage of the day's events. Kate looked absolutely beautiful, in a wedding dress designed by Sarah Burton at Alexander McQueen. I snagged several photos from the British Monarchy's photostream via Flickr, which capture the beauty and magic of the bride and her prince on this magical day.  And if you live in the UK, did you join the crowds along the streets to catch a glimpse of the Royal procession?! What do you all think of Kate's dress? Enjoy and cheers to the happy couple! Have a great weekend. xoxo - Julie

  1. I didn't get to watch it but from pictures it doesn't seem too out of the ordinary. Maybe even boring?

  3. Hello,

I did manage to watch a bit of it live, although not the whole thing. Had to go to work - no holiday for the Americans, I'm afraid. :(

The cake is really beautiful! This is a fairytale: Kate Middleton went in as Kate Middleton and came out as a Duchess (Duchess of Cambridge, to be exact). Can you imagine?

    Warmly,
    Nina

  6. Wasn't it so much fun watch? I DVR'd and TIVO'd so that we could watch in the afternoon and over the weekend. Kate is simply a stunning young woman with a good head on her shoulders. William and she seem to be very happy! I loved turning the tv on and seeing something happy and wonderful. The gown, absolutely perfect!
