Home Tour: Victoria Smith

I was flipping through the premier issue of Rue, a fantastic! new online design magazine, and fell in love with Victoria Smith's new San Francisco Bungalow. Victoria is the editor/writer of the popular design blog, SF Girl By Bay (www.sfgirlbybay.com), as well as a stylist. She describes her decorating style as "mid-century meets bohemian modern," and her new home reflects that perfectly. By painting all of the walls either white or chalk-board black and adding in neutral furnishings, Victoria created the perfect backdrop for mixing in pops of color and texture with beautiful textiles and found objects. This is one home tour that I would love to see in person! Victoria's new place is fresh, modern, casual, and 100% chic! Click here (pg. 85) to read the entire article + a list of Victoria's favorite places to shop.
