My husband and I are hosting our Annual Dinner Party tomorrow night and I wanted to give you a little sneak peak of the color scheme and theme I decided to go with! I blogged about different holiday color combinations
here and ended up creating another new concept yesterday: black, gold and fuchsia. I've included a few snapshots of my decorating efforts so far and have am now signing off early to pick-up the linens and extra dining furniture, clean our apartment like a mad-woman and finish decorating...I can't wait to show you the tablescape once it all comes together! I'll be posting photos of everything early next week. Until then, have a wonderful weekend and good luck to those of you braving the mall / holiday crowds to wrap up your Christmas shopping! xoxo - Julie
We have a white Christmas tree which really makes the colorful ornaments pop
my kitty oliver, who couldn't be happier to have a {fake} tree in the house to sleep under all day
party details...festive cocktails will be served, including the pomegranate martini; turtle cheesecake for dessert; gold accents will be incorporated into the decor, along with pops of black and fuchsia. can't wait to share the rest :)
Looks like a lovely party! I didn't know you had a kitty! So cute. Our cat loves to sleep under the tree too! Have fun and good luck!
