Today's post is short and sweet. I stumbled across this gorgeous home tour via Maison & Demeure that I thought you'd enjoy. This home has a little bit of everything - glamour, Hollywood regency, modern and eclectic. The color palette varies room by room but it all somehow works! Enjoy and have a great weekend. Voluminous Mirrors = Gorgeousness!

Mirrors can do wonders for a space, especially when they're hung in the right room, on the right wall. Mirrors can open up a small room or hallway by giving the illusion of depth and they can brighten up a dark room by reflecting light. I think every home should have at least one giant mirror! I especially love a tall floor mirror leaning against a wall...it always looks so fabulous :) Do you have one in your own home? If not, where would you place an over-sized mirror?

Halloween Chic

With Halloween less than a week away, I've pulled together several quick and easy decorating ideas to get your home looking festive! Whether you're hosting a party or passing out candy to the kids, there are endless ways to get your home Halloween-ready without spending an arm and a leg on decorations. Are you dressing up this year? If so, please share! I'm still not sure what I'll be...we're going to a party on Saturday night so I better figure it out!

Add a little "bling" to your pumpkins with rhinestones (sequins would looks great too!). Click here for instructions.

Wrap candle holders with pre-made letter templates - easy & inexpensive!

Clockwise from top left:  Wicked fashionista! Place foam balls inside a pair of black boots and fill with dried wheat & foliage! Place a vase full of flowers inside a carved jack-o-lantern instead of candles. Embellish you pumpkin by tying ribbon and adding florists picks around the stem; display on a cake stand. Attach a sequined mask to the candy bowl to keep a watchful eye.

Cover books in gift wrap and embellish with stickers, stencils, etc.

Forget the mess of carving pumpkins and paint a fun design! (Although, I do enjoy getting messy and carving pumpkins...and I like baking the seeds to munch on!).

Happy Monday! I hope you enjoyed your weekend...I certainly did! Had a wonderful birthday spent with my closest friends and husband Ryan. Last Day as a Twenty-Something + Another Giveaway!

Well, today is officially the last day in my twenties! I'm writing this late Thursday night, while I'm gulping down my 3rd glass of champagne and 3rd piece of pizza...my, oh my,  has the time flown by. I'll be celebrating the my 30th tomorrow night with my husband and tons of our closest friends at a swanky Hollywood hot spot, sipping cocktails and dancing the night away (I love to dance!!!!).
