As we ease into 2012 and I head toward belle maison's 4 year anniversary in March, I'm taking some time to re-vamp and refresh my business and blog. I'd like to make this year more successful than ever, but in order to do that, I'd love some input from my fabulous readers. You are the reason I blog week after week, year after year! I so enjoy reading your comments, recommendations, thoughts and ideas after every blog post. So what I'm asking you today is, what topics are you interested in learning more about this year? For example, more DIY projects, organization tips, styling accessories...food, fashion, giving back? After writing 800+ blog posts thus far, I sometimes find myself stumped on what to cover next. My First Magazine Feature...

Happy Friday! The day has completely gotten away from me and it's just about time to close up shop and pop open a bottle of wine. I have a little celebrating to do and wanted to share the fun news with you! As most of you know, I own an interior design firm and an online boutique, and the fabulous team over at Laura U Mag recently asked if they could do a feature story about me and my business in their April / May issue.  I happily agreed to do an interview and submit some of my work. For those of you unfamiliar with this online magazine, it's produced and published by the super talented interior designer, Laura Umansky. The new issue launched today and I'd like to invite you to check out the article, beginning on pg.77. Yes, that's right! Another fabulous and inspirational online design magazine has launched! High Gloss Magazine covers everything fabulous, modern and chic...from interior design and entertaining to hot trends and the best places to shop. Click here to read their mission statement and to get a feel of what High Gloss is all about. The High Gloss team is made up of a talented group of women, including the lovely and talented Paloma Contreras, Founder and Editor-in-Chief, and author of the blog La Dolce Vita; along with Editor Erin Gates who also writes the blog Elements of Style.
